Welcome to Wabble. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Wabble’s website, web application, desktop application, mobile application, AI-assisted workflows, integrations, and related services.

By accessing or using Wabble, you agree to these Terms. If you use Wabble on behalf of a company, firm, or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

1. About Wabble

Wabble provides software for finance operations, accounting workflows, document handling, approvals, reporting, integrations, and AI-assisted workflow support.

Wabble may include public website pages, account areas, application workspaces, connected integrations, AI-assisted features, document workflows, and other related product experiences.

Wabble is designed to support business finance workflows. It does not replace your responsibility to review financial records, accounting treatment, tax positions, legal obligations, compliance duties, or business decisions.

2. Who May Use Wabble

You may use Wabble only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

If you create an account or use Wabble for an organization, you are responsible for making sure that your use of Wabble is authorized by that organization and complies with its internal policies.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account, credentials, workspace, or connected services have been compromised.

3. Accounts and Organization Workspaces

Wabble may allow users to create personal accounts, organization workspaces, team access, roles, permissions, or connected business environments.

You are responsible for:

  • managing who has access to your workspace
  • assigning the right permissions
  • reviewing activity under your organization
  • removing access when a person should no longer use the workspace
  • keeping your connected services and business data accurate

Where Wabble provides permission controls, approval flows, or workspace settings, you remain responsible for configuring them correctly for your business.

4. Wabble Services

Wabble may provide features for:

  • finance workflow management
  • accounting and bookkeeping support
  • document intake and organization
  • invoice, bill, receipt, and file handling
  • reporting and operational visibility
  • approval workflows
  • connected integrations
  • AI-assisted summaries, drafts, classifications, and workflow preparation
  • other related business finance workflows

We may add, change, suspend, limit, or remove parts of Wabble from time to time. We may do this for product improvement, security, legal compliance, maintenance, third-party platform changes, or business reasons.

Some features may be released as beta, early access, preview, pilot, or limited availability features.

5. Beta, Pilot, and Evolving Features

Some Wabble features may still be under development or made available for early testing.

Beta, pilot, preview, or early access features may:

  • change at any time
  • contain errors or limitations
  • be unavailable from time to time
  • have incomplete documentation
  • be subject to usage limits
  • be removed or replaced

You should not rely on beta or early access features for critical accounting, tax, payroll, legal, compliance, or business decisions without independent review.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of the business data, files, records, communications, and content that you submit, upload, create, or connect to Wabble.

You give Wabble permission to host, process, transmit, display, analyze, and use your data as needed to provide and improve the service, operate workflows, support integrations, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and comply with applicable law.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide data to Wabble, including any personal information, financial records, client documents, employee data, supplier data, customer data, or third-party materials.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the data you provide or connect.

7. Connected Services and Integrations

Wabble may allow you to connect third-party services such as email providers, cloud storage platforms, accounting systems, payment tools, identity providers, or other business applications.

Examples may include Microsoft, Google, Outlook, OneDrive, Xero, and similar providers.

When you connect a third-party service, you authorize Wabble to access and process relevant information from that service based on the permissions you grant and the configuration you choose.

Your use of third-party services remains subject to their own terms, privacy notices, permissions, uptime, fees, and platform rules. Wabble is not responsible for third-party services, third-party content, third-party platform changes, or their availability.

You may need to disconnect integrations directly through Wabble or through the third-party provider.

8. AI-Assisted Features

Wabble may use AI-assisted features to help with tasks such as:

  • answering questions
  • summarizing information
  • drafting messages or documents
  • classifying files
  • extracting information
  • preparing workflow suggestions
  • explaining financial or operational information
  • helping users navigate finance workflows

AI-assisted outputs are generated to support your work. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific situation.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted outputs before relying on them, sharing them, approving them, posting them, submitting them, or using them for business-critical decisions.

Wabble does not use AI outputs as final accounting truth by default. Finance-impacting actions should be reviewed and approved through the applicable workflow before they are treated as final.

9. No Professional Advice

Wabble is software. Wabble does not provide legal, tax, audit, investment, payroll, compliance, or professional accounting advice.

Any information, suggestion, workflow output, draft, classification, report, or AI-assisted response provided through Wabble is for operational support only.

You should consult qualified professionals where needed, especially for tax filing, regulated reporting, audit matters, employment matters, investment decisions, legal obligations, or compliance requirements.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Wabble to:

  • violate any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right
  • process data you do not have the right to use
  • upload unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, misleading, or infringing content
  • interfere with or disrupt the service
  • probe, scan, bypass, or test the security of Wabble without written permission
  • reverse engineer, copy, resell, sublicense, or misuse Wabble except where law clearly allows it
  • introduce malware, harmful code, bots, scrapers, or abusive automation
  • use Wabble to spam, harass, defraud, or impersonate others
  • overload Wabble or connected third-party systems
  • bypass usage limits, security controls, billing controls, or approval workflows
  • use Wabble for high-risk activity where failure could cause serious harm

We may investigate suspected misuse and take action, including limiting, suspending, or terminating access.

11. Plans, Payments, and Subscriptions

Some Wabble services may be free. Others may require payment, subscription, credits, usage limits, seats, add-ons, or custom commercial terms.

Paid services, pricing, billing periods, renewals, cancellations, taxes, refunds, and usage limits may be described on the relevant order form, checkout page, pricing page, invoice, or separate written agreement.

Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

We may change pricing or plan features from time to time. If a change affects an active paid subscription, we will handle it according to the terms shown at the time of purchase or renewal.

12. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that Wabble will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Wabble may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, security issues, third-party platform outages, infrastructure problems, internet disruptions, or events outside our control.

We may suspend access to protect users, protect Wabble, comply with law, prevent misuse, or address security risks.

13. Intellectual Property

Wabble and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, including the software, design, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property, except for rights you retain in your own data.

Subject to these Terms, Wabble grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for its intended business purpose.

14. Feedback

If you share ideas, suggestions, comments, feature requests, or feedback about Wabble, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment to you.

We will not publicly identify you as the source of feedback without your permission.

15. Confidentiality

You may receive non-public information about Wabble, including product plans, technical details, pricing, roadmap information, beta features, or business information.

You agree not to disclose Wabble’s non-public information unless we permit it in writing or the information becomes public through no fault of yours.

This does not limit your rights under applicable law.

16. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Wabble at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe:

  • you breached these Terms
  • your account creates a security risk
  • your use may harm Wabble, users, or third-party systems
  • you failed to pay applicable fees
  • your use may violate law or third-party rights
  • suspension is needed to protect the service

After termination, your right to use Wabble ends. Some sections of these Terms will continue to apply, including sections about ownership, data responsibilities, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, disputes, and payment obligations.

17. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wabble is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that Wabble will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, suitable for every business, or compatible with every system, document, workflow, or regulatory requirement.

We do not guarantee that AI-assisted outputs, classifications, summaries, suggestions, or extracted information will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your use.

Except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.

  • USD 100.

This limit does not apply where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

19. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wabble and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • your use of Wabble
  • your data
  • your connected services
  • your breach of these Terms
  • your violation of law or third-party rights
  • your misuse of AI-assisted outputs
  • your failure to review, approve, or verify business-critical outputs before use
